Merlot + Corvina
Obtained with Merlot and Corvina grapes from a 20 days postponed harvest, it’s an excellent wine, very intense ruby red in colour. Thanks to a long aging period in bottle before the release, it acquires a fruity and spicy scent, full flavoured, dry, mellow and smooth. Very pleasant on the palate.
Pairing: full flavoured dishes, red meat, stews, roasts, gammon, game, aged cheeses, mixed boiled meat.
Alcohol content: 13,50%
Serve at a temperature of: 16-18°C
