Red Passito

Obtained with selected grapes, left on the vine to dry up for 30 days. Well structured, intense ruby red colour, full in flavour, velvety; on the nose, hints of red berries and morello cherry.

Pairing: blue cheese, dry and spicy, made with chocolate and berries desserts.

Alcohol content: 14%

Serve at a temperature of: 16°C
