Rosè Spumante Champenoise Method

Excellent sparkling wine, produced with 100% Pinot Noir grapes, early harvested. Natural fermentation in bottle for 24 months; it has a pleasant pinky colour due to the skins left in contact with the must during the fermentation for a short period. Fine perlage, scents of red berries, sapid and full on the mouth.

Pairing: charcuterie meats, risotto “alla pilota” (with pork meat), filled in pasta with butternut squash, trout, salmon, shellfish, white and red meat, semi-aged cheeses.

Alcohol content: 13%

Serve at a temperature of: 4-8°C
