Spumante Champeniose Method
Interesting wine produced with early harvested Chardonnay grapes. The second fermentation (natural) occurs in bottle, for 18 months; the wine obtained has a fine perlage, straw-yellow colour with green-ish hues, delicate on the nose, fruity, sapid flavour and dry.
Pairing: light dishes, fish, white meat, no-aged cheeses; ideal as aperitif.
Alcohol content: 13%
Serve at a temperature of: 4-8°C
