White Passito

Produced with Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato Giallo, grapes were carefully selected and left on the vines to dry up for around 40 days. It has a magnificent golden colour, full on the mouth, wonderful after taste. Aromatic scent, fine, delicate; on the nose, hints of bitter almond, citrus and dried apricots.

Pairing: filled in pasta with butternut squash, duck liver pate, blue cheese, almond paste and pastry.

Alcohol content: 14,50 %

Serve at a temperature of: 12°C
