Red aged in barrel
Excellent blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Corvina grapes carefully selected and left on the vines to dry up for 30 days.
Aged first in French oak 500l barrels and then for a further period in bottle. An extraordinary wine, dark red in colour, ripen red berries and jam like hints on the nose, spicy, full-flavoured, well balanced, with a lasting aftertaste.
Pairing: red meat, stew, roasts, grilled meat, game, aged cheeses.
Alcohol content: 14,50 %
