Alto Mincio IGT
Excellent blend of Sangiovese and Corvina grapes carefully selected and left on the vines to dry up for 30 days.
Aged first in French oak 500l barrels for 36 months and then for a further period in bottle. An extraordinary wine, dark red in colour, ripen red berries and jam like hints on the nose, spicy, full-flavoured, well balanced, with a lasting aftertaste.
Pairing: red meats, sheep and goats, game, braised meats, aged cheeses, mushrooms.
Alcohol content: 15%
Serve at a temperature of: 18°C
