From Sauvignon Blanc and Riesling Renano grapes, carefully selected and the must fermented in barrel . Pale yellow-golden colour, intense on the nose, typical aromas of the grape, dry, velvety, full-bodied.
Pairing: first courses, stuffed pasta, white meat, cheese semi-aged ( goat and sheep) , Grana Padano, asparagus, grilled vegetables, lake and sea fish, cod.
Alcohol content: 14%
